Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is typically 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, local customs clearance, courier service, and other external factors.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, carrier delays, or other unexpected events. If we become aware of any significant delay affecting your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping Services

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Shipping Fee
Free shipping may be available for selected regions or promotional periods. The final shipping fee, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country or region. These charges are determined by the local customs authority or courier and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Buttons is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, taxes, or other charges applied by the destination country.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your name, shipping address, phone number, and contact details are accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help update the address before the order is shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed. Any additional costs or delivery risks caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information may be the responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to change the destination country after an order has been placed.
Shipment Notification
After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, if available.
You can use the tracking number on the courier’s official website to check the latest delivery status.

Delivery Inspection
When receiving your package, please check whether the outer packaging is seriously damaged before signing for delivery.
If the package appears to be severely damaged, please take photos or videos as evidence and contact us as soon as possible.
To help us resolve any delivery-related issues efficiently, we recommend recording an unboxing video and keeping the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
If your item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos or videos. We will review the case and assist you according to our Return & Refund Policy.
