30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be in its original condition, with the original packaging and proof of purchase. Please do not send any item back before your return request has been approved.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect order placement, or another reason not caused by Buttons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item caused by Buttons, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and the original packaging.

We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, exchange, refund, or other reasonable resolution depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Refunds are usually processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.

Exceptions

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been used, altered, damaged, or are missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
  • Personalized or customized products, unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly made
  • Items returned without prior approval
